it was a breeze. absolutely perfect colon with not even one polyp :00hour
the preb was the hardest part as i took 18 or 19 massive runs to the bathroom since 630 last night.

actually, that was the fun part. i was talking away but didn't care what was going on back there. i think i eventually went completely out but i'm not sure. the after buzz was terrific and wish i could capture one of those every day.
i'm glad it's over and no bad news :00hour
now i have a lot of air to release and am having some fun trying to hit certain tone pitches :mj07:
