I heard the interview with the lawyer representing the other guys. The guys who had season tickets could not go to the game. So they gave the tickets to another guy and told him if he catches the ball he has to split the profits with them. That guy invited the guy who actually caught the ball. If they really wanted the ball they should have gone to the game. This guy got his ass kicked for that ball. If the court hold him to an agreement made by the other guy I would sell it. But they didnt agree on who or for what price the ball must be sold. Im thinking $10.00 to a relative. Give the bums who couldnt go to the game and want a free ride $5.00 to split. And resell. $$$.

Of course America is all about the law suit these days. I read an article about a man who broke into a home while a family was on vacation. As he was leaving he went through the garage. The door closed behind him and locked. He couldnt find a garage door opener. He was trapped in the garage for 1 week. All he found to eat was a case of Coke and a bag of dog food. When the familly returned and this a hole got out of the garage he sued for emotional distress and won close to $500,000.00. Everyone wants a free ride.

Just my opinion. There are many out there who agree with this crap. Why else would they win these cases.
