Milledge & Burgos In, Park & Adkins Sent Down

The Mets added Lastings Milledge and Ambiorix Burgos to the roster.

Chan Ho Park will accept going to Triple-A New Orleans. Jon Adkins cleared waivers and also was sent to the Zephyrs.

For minor-league followers, gone are Chase Lambin, Blake McGinley, Alhaji Turay and Kevin Rios. Jay Caliguiri and Bobby Malek are apparently out within two weeks, too. They're supposedly being allowed to work out in Port St. Lucie if they wish for the time being and will be let go if no vacancies occur with the minor-league teams. McGinley's friends believe he's headed to the Padres' system.
