Woke up this a.m. to rain and VERY overcast skies, with the forecast for game time, possible severe thunder storms. Temps in the 60's and around 50's at game time. But gonna rain for SURE all day and nite.
Stadium has new artificial turf, the stuff with the rubberized granuals, so will not be sloopy, but will be very wet. Should not be very windy, but weather here in Mobile is changing fast. Since records have been kept, never snowed on X-mas, but is forecast this year.
Will try and give another update later this p.m., but you can count on rain for sure. Good luck, Buck.

Rained pretty hard till about 10:30 (CST), but not raining at the moment, but local forecast says probable severe thunder storms later in the day and night.
Local sports station singing the praises of this new turf though, saying other than a wet ball, the field has a nice crown, and top notch drainage system, and don't see the weather affecting the game that much. "They" say that the footing, even with the rain will be good, and they still look for a shoot-out. Temp is VERY mild, 60's, with light winds. (Note, for what its worth) This is the same field used for the Senior Bowl, and many local High Schools, and has a reputation (local that is) for points being scored. Good Luck, Buck
