my early projection: texas wins this game. arizona will be better as season progresses. lots of athletes there, but i think texas wins that game. if line comes out anywhere near pick to small dog, i will grab em

duke/texas
line projection: duke (-3)
my projection: hate to say it but duke win and covers. was surprised devils folded in 2h of purdue game. even though duke is perenially low on bench depth, teams that try to run with duke dont seem to fare well. unless texas decides to show some defense outta nowhere (i wont count on it), duke wins by 6-8

I would think PUke might be a smidge higher but dont really argue with what you wrote. On a side note, explain that Clowns line for me next Monday night. That line looks so ridiculous I may be loading up on Clowns.

clowns are a mess right now, but like you said- nfl is so ridiculous that cleveland likely could be the play. i always look to go anti-st.louis when they are on grass. they are one of the few teams on any level of football that truly suffer off turf. hell, st.louis looked like dog shit against the bears a few weeks ago in soldier field. not sure what the weather is going to be like next week. getting much much colder here though. yesterdays effort was pathetic by clowns though. first time in 4 yrs that ive flat out shut a game off and refused to watch. but as we know, in the nfl, that means theyll show up as world beaters the next week :shrug:
