Between Green Bay and Iowa City
Clemson(+7)(-113) over Alabama (1*)
- - The Crimson Tide pass rush and secondary are far less effective against elusive QBs that extend plays, but IMO you really need to hit Bama with big plays and not plan on grinding it out in order to dent the scoreboard. I think Clemson has the QB, weapons and speed on offense to be dynamic. And from my research I believe their OL has developed as a strength as the season has progressed . . . Clemson has a deep and impressive rotation on the DL, and even with questions about DE Lawson and CB Alexander, they present some strong matchup issues on their own . . . Bama is as talented and deep as any team and I have no doubt they are ready to get after the prize, but I see much the same maturation of a big time program on the Clemson sideline, and I sense they are not only ready but are embracing this spotlight . . . I?m in with the live dog.
