Im headed to Laughlin this Friday 07/15/05.....I checked online and most hotels are $50-$60 a night. I thought Laughlin would be much cheaper. Anybody know a quality hotel in Laughlin at a good rate.

Sorry if this topic has been posted in the past :)

about 10 years ago, my parents and I stayed at the Golden Nugget. Nice place, but I do know what they payed. I remember though, we were checking out and my dad put in $20 in a slot machine on the way out and won $500 on the 2nd spin. Rooms were really nice and clean and everybody was friendly.

I go there all the time. My boat is stored there so I don't have to tow it "55 mph" thru the damn desert.

If you go on weekdays, the rates are between $19-$59....depending. Pioneer is the cheapest, Ramada (across the stree) is about the same, good rates at the Riverside also. Flamingo, Golden Nugget, Harrah's are a little higher. They jack up the rates on the weekends, but you should'nt have to pay more that $59.

Golden Nugget and Pioneer are the only Craps games in town with 10 X odds. 21 tables are as low as $2 weekdays, but go up to $5 min. at night and on the weekends.

Enjoy yourself.....temp last weekend was 115 degrees....lol

I like Flamingo Hilton the best, but Harrah's is nice too. Gokden Nugget is good but a little smaller than the others. There are not really any dumps up there and you should be able to get a nice price somewhere. River Palms is also ok. Be sure to get a card and ask for comps if you play much. Laughline is very easy to get comped - but often you may have to ask unless you are playing pretty high.

Just stayed at the Riverside over the 4th. It is an O.K. place.

Very easy to get comps.

Have fun.
