One thing I have succesfully been preaching to my golf boys this summer is before you spend another $500+ on equipment, if you arent breaking 90 consistently, spend $200 on a set of 5 or so half hour lessons. Believe me it will be a lot more satisfying of a half hour than beating balls at the range for an hour. I was averaging 88 last summer when I started taking lessons and 10 lessons later hes taken 11 strokes off my average. Buying new clubs without taking lessons wouldnt have done shit for me. 2nd best move I have made in the past 12 months was trading the 2 iron for a 5 wood. Crease that thing 230+ and the thing drops and stops on a dime.
