Hey Stanley or anyone......I placed a bet on Bo Van Pelt for this week, buthe has since WD'ed.

I was hoping to get my $$ credited back to place another bet.....however, I am unable to call from the US I do believe.

I emailed last night but no response.

Any ideas???

Pretty disappointed about them - had two or three bigger winning bets now limited to 500 pound win in every market - and I believe they don't void non-runners - I have had several settled as losers(mostly minor tours) but didn't complain so I am not sure. You usually don't reach them by phone, so email is the best way, try all adresses on the site I'd suggest.

Just keep emailing them.

It has been a common complaint that they don't void non-runners until asked to do so, but I think it is more a matter of bad management than a deliberate attempt to not refund bettors.

Pity that for all the cash injection they received last year, none of it appears to have gone into customer service training
