Let me start off by saying I am in no way a fan on Ohio State. I just don't get why everybody is giving Miami the title already?
Why does everybody just assume Miami would destroy Ohio State? I think this would be a pretty tough matchup for Miami.
1. As we all know Miami's run defense is kind of suspect (at best). With nearly a 7 week rest between games, Clarett's shoulder will finally be 100%. With Clarett healthy OSU is a totally different offensive team.
2. Ohio State has one of the best defenses in the country. They will be able to keep it close, and to control the clock. If it's a close game late, the edge has to go to the Bucks after all of their close wins this year.
As we all know, OSU still has to beat Michigan, and Miami still has a lot of work to do (don't overlook Pitt) for this game to even happen. I'm not saying Ohio State will win the game, but it will not be the slaughter everybody is predicting.
