How do they make Gonzaga a 3 seed? they were visually disappointed and should have been. i say they kick some ass in the tourney to prove a point, again.

somehow i dont see ucla, texas, ohiost, duke, uconn, memphis, nova, etc, etc etc struggling with loyola marymount at home
or stmarys or any of the other WCC teams that gonzo squeaked by

i agree gonzaga had a very disappointing conference season... nothing wrong with their pre-season interesting enough but they struggled mightily with a very down w.c.c. this year.
the reason for gonzaga's poor season:
1. this year they didn't defend like previous years
2. no consistent 3rd scorer.
think closer to a 5 seed would of been correct

i agree zags should not be complaining about their #3. What do they expect when they have a bunch of scrubs take them to the wire in their house every other night. BUT to say they should be like GW at a #8 would only be correct if Morrison was on injured list after hurting his knee and was questionable to play, that is the main reason why GW is rated so high, No Pops

Do you mean 1 and DONE Like the last 3 years?!? Or do you mean not even making it out of the first round like in 2002?
The last time this team did something was in the 1999-2001 Tourneys - when they made it to the sweet 16. You could call them Cinderella back then I guess.
The only thing I'd accuse this team of doing is underacheiving.

Just like SDF said - fade them when they are fav, and ride them if they are a dog. I say they will be lucky to make it out of the 1st round.
They were fortunate to get a 3 Seed.

when are people gonna realize that this team has gone 2-4 the last 4 years, since the tourney committe has seeded them as a high (read 1-8 seed) and couldnt even make it out of SEATTLE a few years ago.
they were best served as a program accepting their 10-11-12 seed and beating people each year in the tourney.......different story when you are expected to win vs being the cute little underdog.
think they have a struggle again to make it thru the first weekend.
