Just another example of a team getting overhyped because they play a weak schedule. Too bad I was not smart enough to cash on it.

I don't think you can argue against how Sagarin determines his SOS.
"The SCHEDULE ratings represent the average schedule difficulty faced by each team in the games that it's played so far. The schedule
difficulty of a given game takes into account the rating of the opponent and the location of the game."
Seems fair to me and logical. :yup

Sorry Tanner you might be wrong, if they both win out bc and wvu, the bcs pics their big east rep and it will go to wvu. I say it should go to bc because the beat wvu but it won't because their alums and fans sell out all their ticket allotments and spend very good money the bowls know this and so do the cities where the bowls are held, wvu has sold out their bowl tickets every year since 1980 with in the first 3 hours of tickets going on sale and they end up selling the left over tickets if any from the other schools, wvu is in the top 10 in tickets sold for bowls by ncaa schools they travel 15,00 to 20,000 for what ever bowl they go to.
Do i think they should go no because bc beat them head to head but does not work like that. It will be another shared conf title for wvu in 2 years, and Scott you can't say big east should not have the spots . The acc raided them and you must give one of the founding conferences the 4 years they have verbal 2 more years written after this year to restructure conf. and if you try and say it has not been a good conf before the raid go back and compare the big east in fb and hoops from the start of the big east through this year and tell me who has more ncaa championships in both fb and hoops and which conf has won a higher % of bowl and ncaa hoops tourny games yes the big east has won more over those years. It is one thing to be a fan Scott but not like usc was a power in fb last 20 years till the last 2.5 hell from mid 80's till last 2.5 years usc was more of a pac 10 middle team then power house which i give them their props and have pc has done a great job but you act like they are a dynasty or something, hell look at Miami from 1980 till now if you want the team who owns the most ncaa titles in fb. You go a little over board with your usc stuff, they are a good team imo better then good one of the top 4 teams, but where were you before the last 2.5 years say the last 10 years were you banging that usc drum then?
I will bet you a hat tanner if they both win out wvu gets bid over bc even though bc should go IMO because they won would not know it from box score kicking game killed wvu and bc bent but did not break on the road. As for acc got to love it the winner will be from the big east and those 3 teams will be at the top of the acc every year in fb, and big east has the power conf hands down now in hoops so it really will be a backfire in hoops because year in and out the new big east conf will dominate hoops. and don't try and say it won't be a super conf in hoops, and 2 more teams will be added to it and fb by year 2006 to go with Louisville, cinn, and usf for fb then add in Marquette and Depaul with those teams in hoops for 2006 big east hoops. teams the big east are in talks with and have been for over 5 months are Memphis, n.dame is almost forced to go big east or will be kicked out of conf and all their other teams are in big east and being indp in fb is slowly killing n.dame. The other teams on the board our Kentucky might be good for them since hoops will be a great conf and they can't keep up with sec in fb, Miami oh, Toledo, Marshall ,Don't see the 2 Ohio schools leaving the mac but could be wrong, Marshall who knows.
But big east has a tie in for this season and the next season and a verbal 2 year with bcs after that to rebuild fb conf.
