Hey guys, I tried this recipe I got out of the paper and it was wonderful.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
16oz Salsa
32oz chicken broth
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 diced avocado
shredded cheese

Instructions:
add veg oil to pot
mix in salsa at low/medium heat
bring broth to boil in separate pot
mix salsa and broth together, simmer 2 minutes
add beans and corn
simmer 5-7 minutes
turn off heat
stir in cilantro and avocado
serve in 4 bowls, top with cheese

Original recipe called for chicken, but I didn't have any...was great without it, but if you want chicken, add it when you mix the broth and salsa and bring to boil before adding beans or corn.

If you like mexican style soups, give it a go.

Bohawk: If you like it spicy, you can use "Hot" salsa without worrying about it being too hot for anyone to handle. It spices it up but is far from overpowering.
