good tool to clean up computer

cleans up spyware and adware and other unnecessary stuff-

i have spybot and ad-aware and a firewall and a virus protection but this thing found a trojan all the others didn't-

made my computer much faster-

Have you tried Ccleaner?

I have spybot & adaware se and find my CPU runs
quicker after using ccleaner.

I had version #2, a great program to complement ccleaner, crap cleaner and spybot/ad-aware.

Question Doc I now have this software-CCleaner-Ad-Aware-and Spyblaster.

Is there any I can get rid of that are do same thing--if so which would you recommend.

keep them all and depending on how often you are on your cpu/internet ( I run a scan and update weekly) run a scan and make sure to keep up with the updates.

Another great program I use is ATF cleaner

Crap cleaner
CCleaner
Spywareblaster
Spywareguard
Mozilla Browser, NOT IE
CWS Shredder
AVG Antivrus, not Norton (it sucks and people pay for it),
Hijack This

And perform the following on a monthly basis:

EWIDO Scan
PandaHouse scan
Housecall Scan

The great thing about is it's FREE. I have never had a cookie, virsus, trojan, malware or spyware on my laptop since I became informed of such programs and daily routines. CPU runs like new all the time.
