Btw... Hardin, MT has been lobbying State and Federal agencies for prisoners (even Gitmo detainees) since they opened the $27 million, 464 inmate Two Rivers Correctional Facility in 2007. They still have no prisoners and they need the jobs in Hardin, MT.
