Good point Killrus. But it looks pretty obvious that their O is just going to roll in this one. It looks like the Jets don't even want to be out there. I'm going to have to hope that NE come close to shutting out NY because they're going to score a ton of points themselves.
Hell Dayad, I'm counting my -9 as being covered. :mj07: They only have to outscore the Jets by 3 the rest of the way and they are the much better team. I only hope they don't get a huge lead and they bring the backups in. That could get interesting.

agreed. very rare to see a team come back from a 7-0 first quarter deficit. odds just not in new york's favor to erase such a commanding lead.
I just don't like seeing NY get any confidence. I really believe NE will win, but I'd rather see them demoralize them early.

As you can see, I was half-kidding when I said my bet was covered already. And yes, a crappy team can come back from a 7-point deficit against a good team. But I'll take the good team with a 7-point lead over the bad team any day of the week and twice on Sundays. An opening TD sets the tone for the entire game, it's not just a score in my opinion. But then you have Tom Brady throw a pick and give the momentum right back. I still like NE to win this pretty easily though. The Jets still haven't scored on offense.

Hehe... my bad. I was referring to the post in which I had two predictions for the game. It's entitled MNF picks. But anyway, the record so far is 16-11-1.
NE is dominating this game. If it weren't for that pick it would be 14-0. I just think it's funny when people come into someone's thread with the SOLE intent of criticizing them. I never said the game was over, but I did say NE was going to roll up some points based on how the game started. And I still say that will be the case. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But to act like that start didn't favor NE BIG TIME is just downright dumb.
have scanned this thread up and down trying to find some type of criticism of your play but i couldnt find one.
