I know everyone has jumped on the bungholes bandwagon and I do not know why. There is no way in hell the Bengals should be laying chalk. They have the 24th ranked d in the league and have basically had a soft schedule. The niners on the otherhand have a healthy Garcia at the helm and a running game which should shred the Bengals. If it was not for the field goal kicker and a few boneheaded plays they very well could be 10-3. The only teams that have beaten them up were the Ravens and the Vikings who were hot teams at the time. They did it via the turnovers. I just do not see that cinncy d creating turnovers. I think the niner d will shut down the run and force the human Kitna to return as we saw last week. The niners playoff hopes are alive. They are winless on the road and looking at the schedule all they have left is philly on the road. They will win one of these and cinny definitely looks like the easier one of the two. The bengals just come off a devastating beaten and the hands of the Ravens. So, far this year anytime the bengals have played a good d they have had there asses handed to them. The niners are ready for this game.
San Francisco has dropped seven in a row away from home dating to last season, and hasn't dropped eight straight road games since Oct. 5, 1980-Sept. 20, 1981.
``We need to come out and play with the intensity that we had today,'' Garcia said. ``We need to have that kind of intensity on the road, which we have not shown yet this season. We need to go into Cincinnati next week and take care of business.''
It is nice to hear your QB say that. Garcia knows if he wants to keep his job he needs to get it done the next three weeks.
Niners +3 10 units
niners ml +135 5 units
niners -2.5 +200 5 units ( now down to +160)
Good luck everyone and sorry to the bunghole bettors. Just when you thought they were good.
