Could you explain the 10 run rule to me please?

I had 2 revise it.
If a team at home .500 record or better
loses a home game in which they give up 10+ runs
play them in their next game=same series
this is over 80%
Plays
Atlanta
Colorado

Must be a home team with a .500 record or better.(overall record)

Houston is the only team that keeps messing up this system
