Great Prevent Defense by the Vikings

They executed it perfectly making sure Detroit didn?t score until the last play of the game.
I especially liked rushing only 3 and playing back in the end zone making sure receivers coUldn?t get behind you.
The Purple People Eaters just isn?t what it used to be. Doubt Larsen,Eller, Page and Marshall would think much of this pussy defense.scheme.

Defensive back number 27 looks like he has no business on the field. He was 5 yards away from receiver on last TD catch.

That was the worst coached game in the history of the NFL. Bar none. Zimmer should be gone by morning. Not punting with a minute left in the 1st half when they were in Minnesota territory on 4th and 10 with a minute left is beyond comprehension.

Zimmer also used two defensive timeouts on that drive including before the final play.

The Lions had no timeouts and no clue so Zimmer did them a favor with the defensive timeouts. The only coach more incompetent with clock and game management then Dan Campbell may well be Zimmer.

Vikings insiders here said Dantzler screwed up the play. He wasn?t suppose to back up at all, his ass was suppose to be on the goal line, they were to force a throw to back of end zone. Zimmer allowed Detroit to March on down the field
