OVERALL..

Pack receiving corp is deeper and more talented
...of this there is no question.

side and total certainly don't seem out of line..

one team has averaged 4 more points on O than the other and the other team has allowed 4 less points per game than the other..

home team (9ers] are laying the 3

ya may get backdoored..

ya might get some home cookin'

but ya will probably get one of those 7 TD's and 3 FG's shootouts that the second round can produce.

what we don't need is rain in SF and ruin what should be a great offensive display..

Bleeding Purple is preaching truth in this thread. He is a truly objective observer of the game who bet against his own team last week. The blind Packers fans in this thread slay me. San Fran can score, they have the better run game, the better defense and they are at home. Green Bay's only advantage is Rodgers. Admittedly, he is one hell of an advantage, but he is only one man. Green Bay's offense isn't exactly lighting it up this season. Too many of their fans think it is still two years ago. Like BP said, you punch GB in the mouth and they fold faster than Superman on laundry day. San Fran will punch them hard and often.

What exactly did the blind Packer fans say?

No where in this thread did I see someone say that they are flawless either.

Haha, lets not make this this mistake: I never bet against them. I only picked against them

But he's been a Queens fan since all of you bandwagon fans were cheering for the Cowboys and Steelers. So cut him some slack. You'd be bitter too if you were so loyal to such a historically shitty and loser franchise.

The Vikings have choked but historically shitty! I can say they never had a 20 season run of being a perennial door mat and laughing stocks the Pack franchise had. Plus their fans don't kill and hang their coach's dog from a tree.
Since the Vikes became relevant in the 70s they have had far more HoF players than the Pack. Too bad they choked

Difference between 2010 packers and this one is really the rest of the NFC in general. Teams are much better. I mean they played and average bear team in NFC championship game that year. Seattle, SanFran and this ATL team better than those teams of 2010

That's why I am glad to have been born in 1986...I didn't have to live thru all the terrible years. My dad has told me about those years and how they were tough to watch.

I started watching football probably in 1992-93 I'd say and there has been only two QBs for the Packers in that time. I've been lucky to say that my team has been relevant and competitive my entire life.

I guess I feel the pain in the NBA where the Bucks haven't had a good team year in and year out in a long time.

I'll be in Milwaukee for Crew opening series. Also the Wolves are in town. I love Bradley Center. My buddy is a die hard all WI sports lover. Should meet up for beers. We stay at hotel by Jackson's off blue mound I. Wauwatosa

On the course!
That's what they said last year when the Giants came into Lambeau.

Not really. The Gints were on a roll. Same as GB was the year before. (Same as GB is this year!)

Everyone seems to think all San Fran has to do is put their pads on.

History shows plenty of teams getting smacked for that.

Since losing Smith 10 quarters ago, Niners have given up almost 90 points. Hard to believe that the loss of one player could make that big of difference.

GB been sandbagging all year. They learned from last year. Kaep is just decent rookie QB. After Sunday, he and Wilson will be gone like Luck and Griffin.

He'll be back this weekend.

@yyz I guess our definitions of a roll differ slightly. I've never heard of a one-game winning "streak" referred to as a "roll" before. Guess its a Wisconsin thing.

Right. But considering the injury who knows how effective he will be.

I'm more worried that the 49ers will smarten up and give LaMicheal James 10-15 touches.

That guy could light the Packers up.
