I'm more worried that the 49ers will smarten up and give LaMicheal James 10-15 touches.

That guy could light the Packers up.

I think (hope) Harbaugh is too stubborn to do it, but if they utilized James like the pack does Cobb as far as generating touches on quick pitches, screens, etc, that could be a big problem for the pack.

Nah. Gore is your horse. Ride him.

Think it would be a giant mistake to go away from him after he got you here...

I think gore is a top guy in the league...

Addict - I am not saying they would ever go away from Gore as their feature back, I am talking about a package specifically for James of maybe 8-10 touches on the type of plays I referenced earlier. The pack has utilized Cobb in this manner several times this year - as a packer fan, I am hoping they don't do it.

But I think it would be very effective as Pocket mentioned.

Hope it's a good one - looking forward to it:00hour :00hour :00hour :00hour :00hour

On the course!
He'll be back this weekend.

@yyz I guess our definitions of a roll differ slightly. I've never heard of a one-game winning "streak" referred to as a "roll" before. Guess its a Wisconsin thing.

I'm not counting the loss they didn't give a shit about. I don't know why anyone would.

could happen but I doubt we see a greenbay seahawk rematch

last year it was the "harbaugh vs harbaugh superbowl".....and everyone bet predicting it, and lost

now I have seen tons of people betting this angle...doubt it happens.

one of the favs will win I believe....

GL either way buddy, I know I would like to see a rematch.....just don't think its likely .......but I also think Baltimore is going to give Denver all they can handle so wtf do I know

I'll be in Milwaukee for Crew opening series. Also the Wolves are in town. I love Bradley Center. My buddy is a die hard all WI sports lover. Should meet up for beers. We stay at hotel by Jackson's off blue mound I. Wauwatosa

For sure! Been to Jackson's a few times...got a great happy hour...$2 any tap or rail. Even had one to many $2 Guinnesses there a couple times!

Opening day is always a trip here. People lined up to tailgate at 8 am at Miller Park. All the bars are packed with drunk people. I know you've been down here before BP and have experienced it, but for others.... You won't believe it, business people pissing in buckets with shower curtains in 40 degree weather. Totally different group of fans on opening day....not baseball fans, but just people who want to get shitfaced.

Anyways...I'm rambling....GO PACK! :00hour

these types of stats are dubious at best...san fran`s resurgence is relatively recent(with kaepernick and harbaugh)....both teams have been inconsistent this year....

gb getting woodson back(huge...hard to overestimate the positive effect that woodson being in the line-up brings)...but their defense overall and running game are sketchy....san fran`s qb situation is a ?(no playoff experience for kaepernick...who knows how he reacts)....

a tough, tough game to cap with real confidence(as is the other nfc semi-final)....there will be some geniuses and some with egg on their faces...but it`s a crapshoot....the 2.5/3 points are due to homecourt...the books basically have this as a toss-up...and rightfully so...

I make about 3 trips every year. Didn't realize Milwaukee had businessmen. I make sure I have a cover up and a Gatorade or big OJ bottle, parking lot outhouses are too backed up

Not many businessmen...but let's call them adults.

These people only go to one Brewer game a year and it's opening day...usually a shit show.

I like going to game two or three because you get baseball but without all the circus. Some may like that, but I like enjoying the game and not getting puked on.

BP is right. Receivers are the key, an last I heard they were all healthy. Without a 100% Justin Smith (and he probably doesn't last the whole game with that triceps injury) how does SF get to Rodgers quick enough without leaving a check down receiver open? If Nelson is ready to go, the underneath will be WIDE open for Rodgers

LMFAO@YOU....Your team couldn't get the job done so you have to hope anothe team does the dirty work cus your team blows....You can call him Sharon all you want but the fact is WE have the best QB on the planet and you hate that. You have the best RB BUT your awful QB offsets that....San Fran very well could win saturday. Will be a super game....Obviously i hope GB kicks ass but if it's not meant to be that's okay..I know my team will be back again next year and the year after that. Maybe Minny should win a title then they won't be so angry and feel the need to cut down GB every chance they get. I guess i would be angry as well if my team has never won anything important and my rival GB has many titles and a great QB for over 20 years straight. :0074

From a lifelong Viking supporter....I just wanna say...this guys is an Asshole!

I will save the Vikings bashing as their fans know what they have. The greatest running back, Jared Allen, and...absolutely nothing else.

Green Bay is as healthy as ever which is huge. They are a much better team than week 1 I'm not sure that is the case for San Fran. This game could go either way but I like the Packers chances. To say they don't is absurd. Smart money will be on the Pack catching points and after all that is what we and this forum are about.
