Place 1 beer in freezer.

1 1/2 cups warm water (105?F-115?F)
1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
3 1/2 cups bread flour (can use all-purpose but bread flour will give you a crisper crust. Whole Wheat is good too)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Cover, let rise for 10 mins

Can of diced tomatoes (Rotel if you like a kick), mash (add a little tomato paste if you like your sauce thicker)

Turn on grill to high.

Spread dough on cookie sheet (spray) add sauce, cheese & favorite toppings.

Place pizza on grill 5-6 mins. Remove beer from freezer & drink.

Remove pizza when crust is golden brown! Let pizza set a min before cutting so cheese sets up.
