Hint for a few of you guys:

Don't actually put the can of beer in the bag with the steak.

couldnt disagree more

there's nothing worse than dale's...overpowering, nasty, salty taste

I couldn't agree more! Dale's is the worst thing going, but some people LOVE it! I simply don't get it.

after flipping the steak, put a few chunks of butter on top and let it melt into steak while it finishes cooking. works great on burgers too.

How's that cholesterol buddy?

I'm guessing it's better to have died having a massive Huey from consuming wonderfully flavorful food, than to go getting yer scrawny neck snapped in bar fight some day because the tofu salad you just ate left your wrists too limp to protect yourself. :SIB

Heres a great rib recipe I have.

This works for all types of ribs, I get either baby backs or st. louis style

First, tear the membrane from the back side of the rib. Next lay out some aluminum foil and lay the ribs inside. Cover generously with olive oil, then put some soy sauce, beer, and a steak marinade. Get some pork rub, I use mccormicks. No need to rub in, because the olive oil will soak it in. Next, get some Southern Flavor and cover generously... this is what makes it. Rap them up and put them on the grill for about an hour. get the smoker ready and smoke those bad boys for as long as you'd like.

SCRUMPTIOUS!
