Pitt has covered large spreads against ND and Syracuse the last two at home, but think the Hoyas match up better than these two. Hoyas play a similar agressive style of play and see a lot of fouls and rough inside play. Sweetney best big man on the court must stay out of foul trouble...which is not a given, but think he dominates the inside and gives the Panthers big man all they can handle...Sweetney a pretty good foul shooter and see him at the line a lot today. Pitt, on the other hand, are not that good at the line. In a rough and tumble game with lots of fouls, I'll play Sweetney and the rest of the Hoyas at the line over Pitt foul shooters. Pitt better shooters at home, but Hoyas play pretty in your face D, so don't see Pitt sinking as many open shots as they did against ND and Syracuse. Think a game with both teams in the 60s is very possible. 4 units

USC +7 over Stanford. This game currently not available on my book, but if does come up, play USC. Stanford is really not very talented this year, lots of injuries and graduation have hurt this club. They were lucky to get by a lousy UCLA team the other nite...as mentioned in another post, USC playing good ball lately...this really should be a pick-em game. If you can get +7, jump all over USC. 5 units at anything +5 and above.

YTD 4 units 2-0
3 units 2-2
2 units 0-4
Total 0 less the juice

Add W&M +13

Add W&M +13

Think GM is getting too much respect here at home. GM is a very shorthanded team...anybody gets in foul trouble, very thin bench. They play a very half-court type of offense and don't have the style of play to blow people out....haven't seen W&M play so I'll go with only 2 units...playing this based on what I've seen of GM.

Add Neb +10

Add Neb +10

Will make a small play, 1 unit, on Nebraska, +10. Line has moved so money must be coming in on ISU. Nebraska supposedly the worst in the big 12 but they did beat Colorado at home recently. Haven't seen them play but have ISU. ISU is a very limited bunch...look like a bunch of stiffs to me (sorry ISU rooters). They might be able to outphysical Neb but if they play like I've seen them, this one should be close. Only going one unit as I haven't seen the Cornhuskers...probably will be an ugly game...I take the points in an ugly one.

Ariz -2 2nd half

Ariz -2 2nd half

Ariz -2 2nd half...3 units. Kansas played as good as it can; Az played as bad as it could...have to assume 2nd half will be different. Ariz makes a run in the 2nd half and comes up short.

Add over in Cal/UCLA

Add over in Cal/UCLA

1 unit on over 143 in UCLA/CAL game. UCLA plays un and down and pressing style....mostly bad things happen when they play this style but seldom do they use of 1/2 of the 35 second clock...Cal good team who usually plays in the 70s and low 80s...expect Cal to hit 80...can UCLA hit 64?....I'll take that chance for a small play.

add ga southern

add ga southern

Will play Ga Southern +1 1/2 over W. Carloina for 2 units. Had Ga Southern over Citadel the other night and lost...Citidel won easily today so that makes the Ga. Soutern not look so bad in retrospect...Ga Southern had been beating the lousy teams in their conference easily until the Citidel..think they will get back on track tonight.
