So. Cal
This one has me scratching my head

GT -5.5 at home.

Any team with a pulse has taken it to Miami, hell even Duke almost beat these guys. This line is going to get pounded and rightly so, might be a good middling opportunity later

AR what are the trends coming off of teams that play on Thur, cause I am interested for this game and VT/Clemson game as well

what do you guys think about this

i figured line would be 3 or 4 ... 4.5 at most.
5.5 is a bit surprising. miami's defense is awfully good. they've basically had one bad defensive performance all year. nobody runs on this team. if youre going to beat them, its going to have to be in the secondary. johnson is a monster, but can reggie ball take advantage of the lone miami defensive weakness? if miami gets any kind of offensive production, they win this outright. thats a big 'if' though.

Miami run defense is no joke, I said in multiple post in week 1 and 2 ACC has the best defense by far, but w/ VT/Miami/FSU having no offensive production I quickly abandoned that arguement. Its not a question of IF Ball will light this secondary up, its a question of when

Ball is quick enough to get out of the pocket and CJ is just a montser. I expected this line to be higher than you Gman, but that isnt the first time. I think GT rolls here but I dont know about this line. Might look to play GT and the under on this one,
Im just curiious, what kind of offensive production is ANYONE expecting from Miami? Oh and this isnt the Duke defense or houston defense they will be playing on, it is GT which has an even better over all defense than Miami.
