That's called projection.

Lott destroyed your ass, and your cheap propaganda isn't fooling anyone educated.

State your real belief: only government employees and gang-bangers should be allowed to own guns. Non-parasites must be rendered defenseless.

Your type didn't say a word about guns when the government murdered Randy Weaver's family. Or when they burned/shot the Waco group.

You don't have a problem with government and private criminals owning guns. But you just hate the idea of private citizens being able to defend themselves.

That's good. It's a sign of good health. Have you ever talked to someone from Australia who wanted to buy a weapon but couldn't? It's no small thing to be disarmed by your own government. Why would any honest government mind citizens owning arms? Only governments up to no good would mind.

Why not look at where the problem actually comes from, and start the solutions there?

We have a government that takes the side of non-citizens over citizens. That right there is a lot more serious of a thing than people seem to realize.

The left is attempting to change the basic nature of the country in order to ensure a permanent majority. By deliberately opening the border - against the wishes of the large majority -- the left ensures that the US will become just another brown socialist shithole within a few decades. I think that's a bad thing. I prefer a decent, law-abiding white middle-class country. So does the vast majority of Americans.

taint

I think by your own words you have labeled yourself a paranoid schizoprhenic

seek help soon

even if they outlawed guns I guarantee you that I would be able to buy one and ammo too.

you got NRA on the brain

just let it go

the world didnt end on Dec 21 you still have your guns. Squeeze them tight and sleep with them.

by the way I have cwp and own over 10 guns which I have had for many years. I clean them , shoot at range a few times a year with my wife, and lock them in a gun safe.

Except for the ones I keep handy if someone breaks into my house and I have to pop a cap in their ass.

By your own admission and in your own words, you've characterized yourself quite clearly. Privileging one race over others is, in fact, racist.

And good luck with attempting to maintain the "white" status quo. The entire world is changing and so too will America.

Deal.

Merry Christmas! :)

Good idea: Let's profile the mass murderers.

White? Check.
Middle class? Check.
Literate? Check.
Law abiding? Check, right up until they whipped out their AR15s and Glocks.

So - a question for you "taint": How can you be so incredibly stupid?

. But studies have shown armed guards may make students feel less safe at school. As Brad Plumer of the Washington Post points out, a 2011 study found that visible safety measures in schools, like armed security, made many students feel less safe -- which can make learning harder.

3. It wouldn't be that expensive. Here's some simple math. The median salary for police officers is $55,010 and there are about 99,000 public schools in the country -- and of those, about a third already have armed guards. Putting police in the remaining schools works out to an annual cost of about $3.6 billion, which is really more like $4 billion or so when you factor in benefits as well. That's not even a rounding error when it comes to the federal budget. It's even smaller than the foreign aid budget -- a point LaPierre demagogued -- despite foreign aid making up less than 1 percent of overall spending.

But the NRA might be putting a different price-tag on this project: zero. It named former Arkansas representative Asa Hutchinson to lead this new school safety initiative, and he said it would use armed volunteers, not cops.

In either case, it's far from clear how much it would help. It's not exactly anywhere close to conclusive, but remember that armed security didn't stop the mass shooting at Columbine back in 1998.

There's a long list of possible actions to take in the wake of Sandy Hook, including but not limited to: banning certain types of guns; banning certain types of high-capacity magazines; increasing spending on mental health services; taxing ammunition; increasing police presences at schools, or many/all of the above. Just don't expect the NRA to endorse a solution that leads to fewer guns or ammo.
..................................................................

so now the NRA says getting volunteers would work out for school protection. And if something happens they have no training to stop it.

wtf

Deputy Neil Gardner was a 15-year veteran of the Jefferson County, Colo., Sheriff?s Office assigned as the uniformed officer at Columbine. According to an account compiled by the police department, Gardner fired on Harris but was unsuccessful in stopping him:

Gardner, seeing Harris working with his gun, leaned over the top of the car and fired four shots. He was 60 yards from the gunman. Harris spun hard to the right and Gardner momentarily thought he had hit him. Seconds later, Harris began shooting again at the deputy.
After the exchange of gunfire, Harris ran back into the building. Gardner was able to get on the police radio and called for assistance from other Sheriff?s units. "Shots in the building. I need someone in the south lot with me."

The second officer was Deputy Paul Smoker, a motorcycle patrolman who was near the school writing a speeding ticket. When he heard a dispatch of a woman injured at the high school, he responded. He, too, fired at Harris but didn't stop him.

LaPierre said having armed security on the scene is necessary so someone is there to shoot back. "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun," he said. "Would you rather have your 911 call bring a good guy with a gun from a mile away -- or a minute away?"

But in chaotic situations, it's often impossible to identify the "bad guy," as Smoker said in his account of Columbine: "There was an unknown inside a school. We didn't know who the 'bad guy' was but we soon realized the sophistication of their weapons. These were big bombs. Big guns. We didn?t have a clue who 'they' were."

"That's the point," said Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) at a press conference on Friday afternoon, denouncing LaPierre's solution. "There were two armed law enforcement officers at that campus, and you see what happened. Fifteen dead ... 23 wounded."

New Jersey Chris Christie (R) also said on Friday that he doesn't believe having armed guards will make schools safer or encourage learning.

On Wednesday, violence prevention researchers and a large number of education, health and civic groups discouraged putting more guns in schools.

"Inclinations to intensify security in schools should be reconsidered," they wrote in a statement. "We cannot and should not turn our schools into fortresses. Effective prevention cannot wait until there is a gunman in a school parking lot. We need resources such as mental health supports and threat assessment teams in every school and community so that people can seek assistance when they recognize that someone is troubled and requires help."

.................................................................
if the war on drugs is stopped and legal weed, then maybe there would be enough cops to put in schools.

Buying a gun from a individual in America is much too easy. There are no records for such deals. You bring the gun, I bring the money and I have a gun in America .

no felony checks, no background, no mental checks
