Machine guns are "arms". So the 2nd guarantees every fruitcake nutjob has the right to be armed. Just wait, the Roberts Supreme Court will soon find that not only are full-auto weapons "arms", but so are grenades, mortars, and nuclear weapons. No permits, no limits, no common sense, no nothing. The 2nd is absolute, bear any arms any time, any place.

Of course limiting gun ownership wouldn't prevent killings OH NO!

What we really need is more folks with arms - full auto, heavy caliber, anywhere, any time. That will stop gun violence, right?

Hate speech is alive and well. Ever watch the US Congress in action, listen to the hateful language they use towards each other? How about the "Pastor" who burns Korans? Listen to Glenn Beck/ Michael Savage/ Sean Hannity? How's their stuff for hate? How would the right-wingers like an Ayatollah who wiped his ass with the Bible? What about the Birthers? What's more hateful than that?
