Racking my brains out all day and this is what i came up with. Minnesota and Anaheim (2 teams that most would agree, based on the Big teams usually win, theory) Feel both are glad to be where they are tonight. The nerves may be a factor and AGAIN, i feel the pitching takes a front seat to the hitting. I know Appier and Mays are not the BIG MEN, just feel everything will be at a snails pace and the Mgrs will be happy to sacrafice here and there, hence i like a low scoring game.

Feel the Twins (even though i am an Angels fan) will be fired up in front of the home crowd possibly pulling this one out late. Minnesota is a real good home team! Spending some of last nights MLB winnings (crappy night in NFL, by the way) on the following. Not nearly as strong of a gut feeling as last night, but here goes!

GL TJ. You 'gut' plays have been pretty strong this year!! I am laying off the play-offs this year..but I would lean to Minny in this first game. Although mays has not been anything special....I think Appier is a questionmark tonight....first three innings will be the test for him. Get 'em.

WHY ASK WHY: like the Twinks today and for the series (well, almost convinced) and YES, Twinkies for everyone!!!

LAWGUY: Really like the 2 plays. Good luck if you do play that Minny play!! Thanks man!!!!! ;)

GL TJ.:) Like the UNDER play for game one.

Personally I'd like to see the Halos take the series, as I've seen lots of their games this year and do think they have the more "complete" team. But ironically, seems like Anaheim is in the position of the Yankees now compared to the Twinkies. Everyone loves an underdog, eh?
