i like clemson -3, but not a whole lot of analysis there. i definitely wouldn't take both sides of a game though, just my opinion. good luck!

So in essence I cant lose (300 on each game has covered my parleys)
But I want to go for the shot in the mans nuts.....
Just dont know what to play

hokie fan - how many winners have you posted, can't remember one. it's easy to go into someones post during the game and pick a winner. you'll see how good the hokies are, when they're watching the other BCS games. really like their chances against louisville in the liberty bowl. if you are so good just post ONE winner BEFORE the game.

Hey Hokie Fan, ask little red what he'll be doing when the buckeyes are watching Tech play in the BSC. By the time the Dec. 4th gets here on selection day we already known Tech will get screwed out of one bcs bowl by ND just like in 2000 when Ore.St. whipped their ass. If the Hokies get screwed out again by two teams with two losses then you'll known that its all about, tv ratings. I'm smart enough to know that the Hokies don't move the tv meter like Ohio St. or ND. TV ratings is what the BCS is all about....its not about what's fair. But regardless, THEY WHIPPED UVA'S ASS!!!!!

Besides determining the final game, the BCS games will always cater to big name programs over a lessor known team. All you have to do is look back through 1998 and you'll find teams each year which get screwed out of the big four games by a big name school. Last year it was Cal getting left out ranked number four in favor of Texas....that was about TV ratings because Texas is a bigger draw nationwide. Granted last year they had to deal with Utah and because of that Cal got the boot. If the Hokies finish 10-1 and probably ranked in the top five they will probably be the odd man out and sent to the gator bowl or peach bowl in favor of 9-2 Ohio St. Is that fair or is that TV doing the talking?

Save a lousy performance vs. Miami (wish we had that back) I think Tech can hang and beat anyone in the Country...
Lets take care of business vs NC beat FSU (which we have never done) and then I'll see you in Atlanta for the Sugar Bowl vs a Big Ten team or ND and we can show em the power of the mighty Hokies...

Hey Hokie Fan...just don't take no shit off of anyone!! We all miss picks, hell I've missed a lot myself. But the one thing about Mad Jacks is we can all benefit from other opinions from around the country. There are plenty of good posters on this site...trust me I learn more from this site. I don't post a lot but I read almost everyones posts and will spout off from time to time.

By the way thanks go out the Yellow Jackets...one more Hokie win and its to Jax to take on FSU.

Hey Hokie, I've been readin your threads all year and never really made comments, but I just wanted to thank you for being a model example of what a poster is supposed to be. You try to be funny, and for the most part you are, but sometimes, in forums inflection gets lost, people mis-understand that you are being funny. Then you take the time to explain yourself and apologize. Your cool in my book and congrats on the day yesterday. I had Fresno State ATS and picked the ML too, mainly as a joke (+1540). 1 am this morning it wasnt as laughable as I thought.
