YYZ, do you know who this guy is? People are speculating that it was one of the recent lottery winners in FDL (there have been a bunch of them)... surprised they won't name who he is. Yes, he is a victim, but also a criminal (yes, it is still illegal to bet offshore - which is probably where he was doing his betting anyway).
Unless they are protecting his identity due to threats on his life? Although I would think most of the bad guys probably already know who his is....

I don't know who it is, but this is a small town. Word will get out. My guess is it's a businessman. I don't think the lotto winners are hanging out here anymore.
