came out after 7mo. layoff in race didnt belong in alw with older ones without regular rider, and ran like it 8th.has 3 5f. works since and drops to claiming co. for first time. almeida back up 23% win, trainer j. garcia 4-1-1-0.also back with 3 y.o ones.broke maiden on h.p. turf at 1m. and is 2-1-1-0 on h.p. turf.does not like to win much but the rest of field doesnt either two others with one win and also one maiden in 8 horse field.four starts this year1st in alw 50 ran 4th beaten 1 1/2 by ocean sound (see previous post),next runs 8th beaten 2 1/2 in a grade 3,both at 6.5 turf,prefers a dist.then a 80k stakes 5th beaten 3 1/2 also at 6.5 turf.then the layoff race didnt belong in.form looks so bad may get even higher odds.may have one more later. any thoughts on this race or card tonight?
