Wasn't she in some move once where she showed off those big knockers. They ought to throw them around a littel.

It is amazing that these people just don't get it. They call for the right to free speech - as they should. But I guess their version of free speech doesn't allow anyone to disagree with them or simply choose to ignore them. They yell about being blacklisted - that is a term totally unconnected to their plight. We can choose to boycott their movies if we don't like what they stand for - that is our right not blacklisting. Robbins is perhaps biggest jerk of all. A Washington reporter wrote a story about his mother claiming that maybe he was brainwashed. Robbins met the guy at some function and threatened to hunt him down and hurt him if he ever wrote about his family again. I guess the free speech for this crowd only goes in one direction. Not to mention "peace" activist Sean Penn who has a concealed weapon permit, 2 loaded guns in his car, and a bevy of anger management issues in his past. And who says it is bad for business. Robbins was on the Today show (or similar) the other morning. Sarandon had her picture on the cover of TV Guide.

I can't say that I agree with you guys. I think we are in a very dangerous time right now. Whatever happened to news? What we have today is very dangerous. There is a need for other sides of issues to be spoken. When Clinton attacked someone Limbeaugh and all of Right Wing Media was all over him. Somehow it wasn't important to back the President and The Troops then. Some day they may be on the opposite side of an issue than you are and you might want someone to be able to give a different view point.

I totally respect Tim Robbins right to express his freedom of speech, just as I express my freedom of speech by calling him a "Giant Piece of Excrement"!!! :thefinger

Forget politics,think independantly

I don't like the lack of support for the Prez, though he appears to be an individual unfettered by the complexities of life.I also don't like the Gestapo tactics that some of the pro-war faction feel comfortable employing. There was in a small Alaskan town a father of a soldier in Iraq. There were also two Quaker women practicing their religious right to espouse that we should in the simplistic words of their sign "Give peace a chance".After two warnings to the ladies to stop, the swine drives by in the bed of another guys pick-up and douses them with buckets of water!Big tuff uneducated bully doesn't know that these people are religously committed to nonviolence, and our country was formed in part so religious freedom could be attained.I mentioned to a guy I know at lunch this week that the countries librarians started posting warnings on library computers that the government is monitoring all internet useage and books checked out of all public libraries by everyone!Of course this is to help prevent a terrorist attack. This right wing free thinker sniffed that "only people doing something wrong have anything to worry about that."I wanted to ask him how he'd feel if they woke us up in the middle of the night to randomly search our houses for unapproved reading material,to see if we might be thinking about possibly committing a crime, would that be ok too? After all, only the people with something to to hide, who are doing something wrong or thinking about doing something wrong would have anything to worry about.Right?George Orwell was off by 20 years.1984 is almost here now.God help us all

article reports director Oliver Stone's docu on Castro has been pulled from it's HBO airing.

Some untidy facts about Castro's human rights record has hit the news again. Tho Stone admits, in the past, such stuff doesn't get in the way of his "fiction"---as he call his work.

of Castro, Stone said "We should look to him as one of the Earth's wisest people, one of the people we should consult,"

The hell with it anyone say what you got to say. Just the way it should be. I just hope what ever most say ends up wrong. But if they say enough sooner or later they will be right on something.
So far must say Iraq still same chit hole it was 2 months ago. Nothing we did seems to change that. Thugs are still there just there names have changed. It will get worse before it gets better. I have a good idea give the fuc//// place to the French and Germans. Nothing there we need.
