Maybe sonics can take away what they did before the half into the lockeroom and work with it. I like McMillen as a coach and I think they can make some adjustments as well as turn up the pressure. Home crowd will help if they can get closer. I'll take Seattle -5 for 2 units.

90 shots in the first half and a perfect 16-16 combined from the line....they still only managed 96. I know Seattle has to get back in soon, so I'm a little nervous about this, but I'll go under for 1 unit.

Toronto shooting 55%?? You know that can't continue. Stackhouse has done nothing......that can't continue. Teams are even on the boards. Antonio Davis is unconscious...also unlikely to continue. I really think this is a bargain. -3.5 for 4 units. Can't turn down a total of 86, although detroit had to play a very good offensive first half to get this total to 91. I'll go over for 2 units.

If it means anything to ya, I think the halftime guys at TNT like Toronto to fade in the second half as well.

I gotta agree with you here.. -3.5 is a HUGE bargain. Carlisle is too good of a coach to let DET give up 10 turnovers in the 2nd half. They are a tough, gritty team, and have nobody to guard Stackhouse. Antonio Davis and Keon Clark will not see as many open jumpers in the second half, and Alvin Williams and Chris Childs can not continue to shoot so well.

The total I am not convinced about, because, playing on the road, Detroit might slow the ball down in order to minimize turnovers, and utilize their half court game, while controlling the tempo. I will play DET for 4 units and the over 86 for 1 unit.

Like I said in Raz's rant thread, I think Detroit is clearly the better team after watching that second half. They played horribly and still won the half. For whatever reason, they just didn't have it tonight. Played slow mentally and physically. If they show up for game 4, I really like the Pistons. Especially given how much effort, both physically and emotionally, Toronto expended tonight. They've shown now that they belonged. Maybe some of the guys will think that's good enough.

bad thing is, I haven't felt that strongly about a side in the playoffs to this point. it was tempting to bet more than four, but I didn't.....gotten burned too many times.
