2 UTEP possesions started within the Tulane 30 caused by 2 turnovers. Tulane has absolutely no running game, but their qb is sharp and the receivers are getting open. Bad starting field position all game for Tulane. Tulane had a 4th down on the Miner 31 and didn't kick a fg??? Tulane would be up if not for the turnovers (one fumble, one on downs). I have a fear that they might get tired though in the second half. Palmer is also pretty sharp.
