I think you have to look past the starters to find the cash in these games 70 % of the time & this is one of them. Francis had 2 starts against the phils and the rockies split, his #'s were not close to good..... if we look at the body of work, both these teams are 10 gms over 500, 2-1 L3 & allowed 3 runs L3 with todays starters....... Colo has to get the edge against left handers, has to get the edge in hitting & pen over the L10...... I could see putting a # on this gm and betting it like they are if the phillies were playing the nationals........ both teams are 4 or 5 gms over in day BB........ Hamels 4-1 4.26.................Francis 8-0 2.48.......... Maybe Francis likes the sun ?

I think you can throw out the St. Louis start, it was his 1st start back after being on the DL for a month. At least that's the excuse I am giving for the poor start.

thats the thing about capping, we can throw out what ever we want, you have to throw stuff out. do you also throw out atl ? how much wait do you give those 3 against wash ?
