the one in san fran....

what he was able to do with the stanford program, and now to see how he has gotten his guys to buy in already in san fran, shows he is surely in the correct career.

happy to see him gettin his guys to be professionals only after week 5...

not a san fran fan at all, but man how bout dem niners...

4-1 with a 48-3 beatin to tampa...

very well could be undefeated if they wouldnt of blown game to cowboys. cowboys played very well late in that game...

my question is, are the legit enough to be considered nfc champ contenders only after week 5???

similar situation to the bills i suppose, where everyone will have too see more to make a decision.

not me, i think they are here to stay with haurbaugh at the lead....

Agree that Harbaugh has done a great job at both Stanford and so far in San Fran. And this is coming from a Bears fan that despised him when he played for us.

But . . .

Josh Morgan just got carted off the field after a 20-yard completion. Why are they throwing the ball at all already up 41-3 mid-way through the 4th? Someone needs to remind Harbaugh that there are no pollsters in the NFL he needs to impress.

Good observation...

Even before he went to Stanford he took a dead USD program and made them very competitive for the two years he was there coming out of nowhere.

Harbaugh certainly knows what he is doing and gets through to his players. Alex Smith probably would have been out of this league by now but Harbaugh is turning him into a very serviceable QB.

Hardcore niners fan here and I was 10 rows up when Morgan went down. Not sure WTF they are thinking there other than getting Kaepernick reps and throws but why is a starting WR out there? Aside from that not much went wrong yesterday and on the drive home people were amped like it was the 80s again.

It's funny when Harbaugh signed it was all over the news here, and they cut to a live press conference and all that. They said it was the biggest moment for the niners in 8 years. Seemed like an odd statement at the time but I think it really is coming true. Guy knows his stuff and Alex needed a QB with a smart football sense to get him on track. He looks so different, confident, poised. Amazing what playing for someone you respect does for you. The whole team says they are leaning something every day. Things are good in the Bay, we pretty much feel we can win the NFC West who knows after that. It's just fun to watch this young team week in and week out work hard and get Ws. Go Niners.
