I'm sorry, but this is USUALLY the best place to make money on the net. We have some tremendous PUCK CAPPERS, but I haven't seen anyone yet who can pick better than flipping a coin so far.

Have the new rules and the year off made that big of a difference???? I just don't get it. It seems everyone has a losing record so far, so IF I've stepped on toes, please let me know. I WANT to hear from a capper who's doing well because I love to bet HOCKEY, it's just I'm a numbers guy primarily and don't have enough stats to start posting. Would love to tail anyone if I don't lose my TAIL doing it! ;)

BTW.... this is not :mj21:

I'm serious....PUCK CAPPERS, step up! :SIB

So far what saves me is winning margins on games. I could care less if I hit 30% for the season, as long as I finish in the + that is all that matters.

You can catch some nice prices on 3+ goal victories. I play them at SIA.

HOCKEY WITH THE NEW RULES IS DEFINITELY TAKING SOME TIME TO ADJUST TO ...

THE AMOUNT OF PENALTIES BEING CALLED RIGHT NOW UNTIL EVERYONE GETS USED TO THE NEW RULES GREAT AFFECTS THE GAME OBVIOUSLY ...

VEGAS LINES CAN MOVE DRASTICALLY ON THE OVER/UNDERS SO THEY ARE UNSURE AS WELL ...

SMALL WAGERS FOR NOW I THINK ARE BEST ... A STRONG PLAY NOW MIGHT BE 3 UNITS WHERE LATER MAY BE 5 UNITS ...

AS THE PLAYERS GET USED TO THE NEW RULES ... THE PENALTIES WILL DIMINISH AND IN MY OPINION THE SCORING WILL BE HIGHER THAN BEFORE ... BUT NOT AS HIGH AS THE LINES HAVE ADJUSTED TO ...

BE PATIENT ... EVERYONE ... MY OPINION ...

What is a good site for hockey betting?... Im actually away from home playing hockey right now and I use bodog, but they only have money line and the over under...

I need something with a bunch of different props like the 3 goal wins mentioned earlier in the thread.

if anyone could help, i'd appreciate it.

thanks much

If you want as many betting options on a game as possible then click on the 5Dimes link anywhere on this site.

The winning margins are only at SIA(SportsInteraction) & you can find a link on here as well. Some don't care for how SIA works but that has always been debatable.

I hear what you're saying, but it's only a couple weeks into the season. The new adjustments have made a little difference, but I suggest check back with the solid cappers you follow in about a month or so and you will see then who will most likely be having a solid season and who really isn't....also follow guys who are on hot streaks if you can. I myself started off hot and then tailed off a bit and am sitting at .500 for the season. I know I'm going to have a number of hot streaks, so I'll take the .500 mark for now rather than being 10 games below. Patience is key as I'm sure you know....GL!!!

Let's Make Money has been HOT all season so far....I would follow him and maybe a couple others for now. We all will help you make money...we are a team in here and invest good time to post winners!!

There are a couple of guys on this site that are up including myself, yes we should have a better winning record but with all the new rules it affects the games a lot cause of the 5-3 penaltys, like when i took col vs nas col was up 3-0 then you have nash come back and win the game on a power play, and besides, this is still early in the hockey season and you have to realize a lot of the players haven't even play a game for a year, give it a month a things will pick up again, but again there are still people that are up money on this site.

If you want to make money, check me out! If you're more interested in someone's record, look elsewhere! I don't do this for entertainment or bragging rights, I do this for additional income. Good luck to everyone here!

I still blame PLS - Post-Lockout Syndrome...

Like the commercial where the guy blows all the dust off his TV cuz he hasn't watched it in a year. Somewhere between the rule changes, team roster changes, and the LONGGGGGGGGG break, many people are reeling - as long as they don't chase, I agree - everyone will hit mid-season form when there's 15-20 games played under the new system.

Wonder if I could call in sick from work due to PLS...

Thanks for replying guys! I don't normally ask for help, I do most of my own capping on all sports, but I recognize the genius of others when it's evident, and this thread has had it in the past! In fact, I went nuts for about two months the last time NHL was around and was hitting like 65% for quite awhile. I mainly used basic stats, schedule, fatigue, injuries, etc to uncover what I felt were mistakes in the line. Besides, NHL is NOT one of the most heavily bet sports so the books don't spend as much time with it as NBA,NFL,MLB, etc.

Anyway, tailing RTL tonite, so let's see how he does! BETTER be wiinners and not whiners damit! ;) :mj07:

Good luck guys! :SIB
