When you order a hat through NFL.com you are able to track the sale, fulfillment and shipment of the product.

If your credit card got charged then you got ripped off. You should take a look at the tracking information. Maybe it is on backorder or something.

For the record I think I'm the only one sticking up for you. It just been a long time since the Superbowl. What gives?
