I don't get the interest in this game - a toughie as far as I can discern.

Bama is breaking in a new and young QB so I would expect a sluggish, conservative game...while Hawaii has road woes and an always suspect D.

This game could be around 34-18 in favor of Bama.:142smilie

I'm just psyched cause the new stadium rules. As far as the game goes, since it's still undecided who's starting o-line, I'd expect a conservative start to the game. However, there's been a lot of hype surrounding the new qb, but my concern is that tiders may have gotten a little greedy with Croyle's lack of interceptions. So basically, I'm ready to see wilson get out on the grid iron and start making things happen. We've got too much talent in the backfield to not make things happen. No clue what to think of -16, but I can tell you that history will prove that tide blows ATS. I'd stay away.

I do like:

south caro -6.5....more just a wager against state, they blow.

This is a toss up. I think either Bama blows them away or we get a great football game which comes down to a field goal...

I'm going to sit this one out, I remeber last season Bama destroyed South Carolina and Florida.....This is also a home game

Florida will be much better this year in the 2nd year of Urban Meyer's system. I think alabama takes a step back this year.

I like Hawaii here. Yeah they are bad on the mainland but this year is a new team. Maybe at the end of the year we can say they are bad on the mainland but they have a clean slate as far I'm concerned. But yes, that is a long trip.

good luck johnny b.

The more I look at this game, the more I like Bama.

Yes, Hawaii may be improved, but this is still Hawaii we are talking about.

Hawaii does have a decent team.......when they are home.

They are just herendous on the road.

Bama is a tough placd to play and this crowd will be rocking with 90k+ in the stadium.

I think Bama's defense surprises people here and plays very well.

Bama 37 Hawaii 17

Hawaii....LAFF!

Hawaii....LAFF!

Sorry guys, but I graduated from UH and the trend that always prevailed is, that you bet WITH them when they're at home, and AGAINST them on the road. The line is dropping, but I think Bama just has too much for Hawaii to handle. My opinion is.......lay the points. GL!:com:
