On medical house arrest, so I have left the house once since Thursday...and that is the only time I have seen a human. Mr. Mel is all right - he acts like he's listening when I talk to him, but he never replies and just stares at me with a dumb expression.

It is AMAZING the difference in our defense without Albert, they are running it down our throat and we WERE the #1 run defense in the NFL coming in to today:scared
