Vdara is offset and off the strip a little. U have to get there through the back of the Aria or Cosmo, and it has no casino.
If u want nice and new, try the Cosmo or Aria. I love the Wynn too, and it has a nice sportsbook and the rooms can't be beaten. They also comp well comparatively and are looking for new blood.
The venetian and palazzo books are nice, so that's a good choice.

Laughable, you must have forgot Europe even exists. Additionally, I find it funny all but one of those are cities.

Vegas, Los Angeles, and new York have a true buffet of women... you can find any race/ethnicity you want in those 3 cities

When you're listing top cities for hot women, you must include Toronto. That is a true melting pot of multiple ethnicities and awesome hot women. Las Vegas certainly has the eye candy as well. You're going to have to include Brazil too, so I guess Rio. I have never been there, but I know it's full of beautiful women. I don't like LA, so respectfully pass but agree on the comment.
