Just an FYi. Last year the horrible NY Mets recorded a really good win record after Dickey threw the game before. I forget the exact stat, but it was way over .500, more like .700.

Point is, Dickey threw off the hitters' timing. And tonite he had a really good game.

SO...it looks good for Morrow tomorrow. Especially since Dickey had a really good game today.

Again, the books may be aware of this, but it is still a decent angle.

The Jays really look like they are getting on track and coming together.. take it or leave it. :0074

hasn't happened yet this year in 2 outings so you can play the "due" angle too:shrug: Lost both of the following games.

One caveat. The Jays took Dickey out in the 7th and put in the (very effective) bullpen. So there could be a "lag effect" here which gave the KCs some time to adjust...not sure.

Yes, but Dickey had horrible games to start. He did not throw anyone off their game.

Tonite he may have. Just an FYI...that's all.

Blue Jays were lucky if you watched the game. I mean 2 hits and they scored 3 runs. Think they had only 4 guys even reach base. Anyway, Santana is nothing special so you might be right.

The Mets were 14-7 SU last year when playing the same team after Dickey was the starter (ROI +31.8%). If they won the game in which Dickey started, they were 11-1 SU in the next game (ROI +79.5%), winning by an average of 2.4 runs.

Good memory :0074
