We keep getting the story it's the lawyers. The awards are to high when a doc cuts of the left leg when it was to be the right leg. But no one tells you as Washington Post Story out today does. About the millions and millions and millions these health care and drug companies blow on lobbying congress. And they dont tell you how they throw sums of 100000 a pop to the republican party. It's dam near fraud.

I only see where I was talking about health care. Not republican party. They do throw money at them. And I didn't say it was there fault for taking it.

I believe both parties are "thrown" money as you say. This has nothing to do with party. Our health care system is just screwed up because of the lobbying power that they have. Don't get me wrong. I don't want to go to a health care system like Canada has, but ours has miles to go in improvement.

Personally I think both sides would sell out there mothers for an extra vote. Would someone try to explain to me how people can be so loyal to a certain party that they dont think for themselves??? They just go along with whatever the party says.

bubbas1 note I said they lobby congress. Thats all of them. But the amount for this pres election is way one sided. The amount for Bush was over 4.5 million. Kerry was just over 130000 grand. And one company alone that is bushing Bushs medicare plane real hard. They want to sell the government all those discount cards for the old folks. They spent over 7 million on congress and another mill to Bush. Im not sure how they can do this with the so called new rules but they find ways. Hey these big out fits dont want us to get drugs from Canada. They want Bush to keep that part of the plan illegal. That's to bad because even with those discount cards. A senior can get from 15% to 30% off. Depends on there wealth. But you still can do better in Canada. Drugs are half price there. So who in the end is trying to screw who?
