What was the tax rate when he balanced the budget with Ronnie? Maybe he can take us back to that. When Russia imploded they where fighting in Afghanastan! We were not in any wars at the time. We were busy setting Sadam Hussien up in Iraq!

Bush already tried lowering the tax rate while fighting two useless wars. So I guess he wont try that! Oh yeah and he was called up and put on all of these agencies that got us into this hole to begin with.
