don't condone or have any mercy for someone ducking child support or using kids as pawns in the process.... but in terms of protecting assets (for both men and women) i offer these 4 words "nominee trust" "nevada corp" both offer above average protection for assets you have or are acquiring. If this individual is ducking child support, I hope you nail him....that is fkn low.
