I took a well needed break.

Many things happening personaly, health wise, and work.

Pain in the ass EX #1 aaargh ! enough said !

No, not enough said ! She wants my daughter, who now lives with me to commit a felony !

Migraines are up and down, one was so bad it put me in the hospital for 3 days. I had a seizure that put me on the ground, scared the shit out my my little girl (18) years old, but she handled it gracefully.

My brother has a rental in La Quinta, about 5 miles from me that the tenants:

A) did not pay rent

B) treated the house like shit

C) really treated the house like shit !

I had to organize all contractors for everything to remodel the home, the landscaping, new kitchen (everything, cabinets, appliances, sink) New bathrooms, all replaced, grunt bucket, sinks, mirrors...

The dust on the ceiling fans made the amount of volcanic ash from Mt St Helens Blow out look like someone just kicked an ant hill !

I think 30% of us here could have autographed the fan blades !

When my brother bought the house 6 years ago, he had completely landscaped the front and backyard for the renters. They never applied a sharp edge to the trees or a weed removal device to the ground !

Nor did they exercise their duty to pick up any dog shit ! You do the math !

The amount of garbage from the home and the side yard filled a 30 yd dumpster in 4.5 days !

The amount of scrap metal I collected, I recieved 127.56 at the recycling center. For the bottles and cans, I got 29.43. That's some serious scratch of shit just laying around. FREE FUCKING MONEY !

If there's anything I like in this world, It's stuff that's FREE !

As I scan the thread topics,

I see that not much has changed.
This place is full of hate.
I am no longer about that, meaning I will give my best effort to not make personal attacks directed at anyone.

Maybe a few goofs on Trench and Duff, but they are smart enough to know they are goofs.

All of us here, I believe, are not the 1%, nor are we the 99%.

I think these 2 numbers are bullshit ! There is 98% of economic disparity lingering out there that seems to be unrepresented.

How many of us are that 98%? And where would you catergorize yourself?

Be honest, don't bullshit the bullshitters, because there are some A+ bulshitters here.

I sit in the bottom 50%, somewhere around 40%. Does that make me rich? I am well off. My kids are taken care off but they haven't gotten a brand new sports car or SUV for their 16th birthday nor do they get the latest and greatest Apple Gizmo.

I have nice house, with a nice pool, and I have a few luxury items, but I am NOT ABOUT THE BLING !

I am certain you know what I spend my extra cash on?

I don't know how much time I will spend at MJ's from now on? The climate goes way too over the top and becomes too personal, and that's not healthy for me or anyone for that matter.

You sound like you need a night of way too many chemicals followed by getting your pipes cleaned out.

If you were closer, I'd invite you over. I know a dolly who could fix everything you need in 24 hours. She'd change your oil, boil out your radiator, pump up your tires, pound out your dents, polish your paint, and adjust your clutch better than a NASCAR mechanic.

I just went through this with my rental. People are pigs. The good news is it's over now and the place looks great....and I have people in there. Good luck with your bro's place.
