Thunder, when you bet with the % next to the play...is that risking or to win? Am I right to assume the % is risking when you play a dog at + money? and to win when their is juice....

I have followed Thunder a LOT over the years (Only fletcher more) and his % is the percent of bankroll wagered. Average play is about 3 and anything over 6-7 you can take as a very big play.
