writing a piece that indirectly ties in spreads with outcome of the classic game whether it be an unexpected dog winning or just simply a memorable game

callin on the vets. as gamblers, sometimes the bets we make become an indelible part of our memories.

anybody recall the game spreads for these particular games.

any and all responses will help.

1) unlv vs. duke (when devils ruined perfect unlv season)

2) michigan vs. ohio state in regional final (fab five vs. jimmy jackson)

3) michigan vs. carolina title game (webber timeout)

4) browns vs.broncos afc championship (the drive)

5) browns vs.broncos afc championship (the fumble)

6) michigan vs. duke title game (fab five as freshmen)

7) michigan vs. cincinnati final four (fab five vs. van exel and co.)

sort of a regional piece as you can tell.

will add some more as it becomes more developed

I'll Bite............

1) unlv vs. duke (when devils ruined perfect unlv season) Unlv-8 100% sure

2) michigan vs. ohio state in regional final (fab five vs. jimmy jackson) OSU-4 100% sure... OSU had already won twice vs fab five

3) michigan vs. carolina title game (webber timeout) NC-2 100% sure

4) browns vs.broncos afc championship (the drive) Cleve -3 100%sure.....bet on it

5) browns vs.broncos afc championship (the fumble) Denver-3.5 100% sure bet on it

6) michigan vs. duke title game (fab five as freshmen) Duke-7 70% sure???????could have been a little higher

7) michigan vs. cincinnati final four (fab five vs. van exel and co.) Mich-2.5 100% sure........same year Duke played Indiana and remember bothe spreads being -2.5 kind of weird

I wish I could remember school classes(chemistry, history etc) as well as I remember pointspreads and games..........I could almost tell you what happened in all of the above contests. Sometimes my memory amazes me with remembering sports outcomes......even before I even knew what a pointspread was. I remember the early 70's superbowls, final fours and world series. And remember that was way before ESPN and such. The only sports news we got in the 70's was the newpaper, radio and tv at 10 at night.

If you have more just fire away......................
