I avoided MAC alll year pretty much. Awful football.

I see the games like this tonight...

Akron 41 - BG 14 (akron and under)

Toledo 41 NIU 38 ( NIu and over)

I feel much better about the sides than the totals.

Can anyone talk me out of those being correct? Or boost my confidence, lol?

jord, this is NOT a vintage northern ill team. their 3 wins are against the 3 worst teams in the mac. and they handed toledo their first loss last year, so the rockets may be out for a little revenge tonight.

that said, i'm trying to stay off this game. but i think i've talked myself into a small play on the rockets. and i'm leaning towards that over, too.

the other game... meh. stay off it. bowling green was competitive in their first 3 conference games, but got blown out their last 2. but i sure can't trust akron to cover 11 points.
