HELP HELP..sirloin beef roast

lotta good cooks on this forum..


need help w/seasoning a sirloin beef roast that is sitting in the croak pot w/carrots,onions and potatoes.

I can never get the roast to have lip-smacking great taste..Always comes out tasting kinda bland..

Can I get some suggestions..

Just buy a pack of McCormicks pot roast seasoning and if you want throw in a little red wine.

True, but this just sounds so wrong.

Anywho I'd add some minced garlic, montreal steak seasoning, can of cream of mushroom soup and instead of water I'd add beef broth.
